Someone has officially stepped up to get ole Lindsey out of office.

Tim Carnes of Greenville, SC has officially announced he wants the job and is motivated for the same reasons that has motivated this site.  Lindsey has lost his way and has melded into the Washington circles.  If Lindsey wasn't so concerned about getting kudos from the press, he would have realized how disconnected he is from his constituents.

Well, he's moving onto new legislation with another one of his liberal buddies.  Apparently, he has moved onto other Democratic issues.  According to this article, he is now working with Russ Feingold to provide legislation that would provide state run health coverage for all citizens of select states.  This would be the beginning of nationalized health care.  Did we not try this back in the 90’s and it went down in defeat because the American public does not want it?

Even Democrats agree.

Last year, Joe Erwin of Greenville, immediate past chairman of the S.C. Democratic Party, was asked what ... Read More »

Ok, it’s been a long time since I've added an entry and there have been plenty of golden opportunities to do so.  Ole Lindsey has really stuck his head out on this immigration bill and especially the sequel to that bill.  Thank God the bill failed and I pray that it will not resurrect in the form that Lindsey presented.

How he blatantly ignores his constituents and goes out of his way to even call them names is amazing.  Somewhere along the line he forgot that he is a servant of the people that voted him in.  This is a representative form of government an ... Read More »
